Perfect Health

I’ve explored every health gadget and gizmo, every herb and supplement, every exercise and diet. I’ve done things that would test the limits of most humans, all in the interest of learning more about my body, and achieving perfect health.
I realize that this search is a lifelong goal, and might possibly be unattainable in my situation. Regardless, I still try.
I’m 100% convinced that all diseases and disorders are caused by external influences, and not something that just happens. I’m also convinced that most of those external influences are the food we eat. This is really important. This means that through proper diet, we can correct and prevent all diseases and disorders.
I know that most people feel that eating healthier is better for them, but I really don’t think that most people have TRULY made the connection between food and how their body reacts to it.
Please, for your own sake, TRY to make that connection. When you eat shitty food, watch your body for the next 24 hours and observe. When you eat healthier, also observe. Observe your mental clarity, observe your smell, observe how well you can run, your heart rate, your happiness. Observe how you feel when you do not eat.
Something that has helped me GREATLY in my life is the practice of fasting.
Now most people think fasting is just not eating, and that’s partially true. But fasting can also be eating very lightly or limiting yourself to foods that do not harm your body, such as juice.
I’ve fasted all these ways, even fasted without water (be careful, fasting from water can be dangerous). The best way I’ve found is to fast with orange juice. Other juices will work, but orange juice is my favorite. There’s no rules in fasting. When you feel like your body needs it, stop eating and drink some OJ for a day or two.
Every time I feel a sickness coming on, I’ll fast in some way. A 3 day orange juice fast has never failed to clear away a sickness. Ever.
I’m writing this all, because for the last 2 weeks or so, I’ve been really slacking on my diet, culminating in my eating fast food two days in a row. Yuck. I generally never eat fast food, if I can help it.
I feel my body needs a break and a general housekeeping, so I am going to OJ fast for a bit. It might only last half a day, it might last 3 days or more. I don’t know yet, and I will listen to what my body says. It helps to have a goal, but it’s also important to listen to your body.
Some of you reading this might be interested in learning more about health, and the simple, FREE ways you can improve your health. I can’t emphasise the free part enough. Anyone taking money for health is suspect. Health is as simple as eating proper, nothing more. Every bit of information and truth is out there for you, free on the Internet or in libraries.
I know of a man who goes by the name of “barefoot herbalist.” I’ve been in contact with this guy for many years. He shares my love for health, and runs a home based business selling home grown herbs. He wrote a 108 page pamphlet outlining some of the basics of proper human health. If I were in charge, this pamphlet would be required reading for every child in school.
Here it is for you, free of charge. Just ignore the parts where he sells his herbs.
He also has scanned and ebooked an old book from the early 1900s written by an MD who left his practice after discovering the value of diet in health.
