Yet More Fun in San Francisco
Posted: March 26th, 2003 | Author: admin | Filed under: LJ | 3 Comments »Lets seeeee. It’s been awhile since I updated, as I’ve been very busy lately.
This weekend Jon and I went to the city and chilled with Kindra and Sarah etc.
Friday:
On Friday we did our Radio show, which was cool. But Brian and I thought it would be neat to snort some DXM (legal drug). Well, it wasn’t very cool, because I felt like shit for hours and vomited harder than I ever have in my life. (I should try that more often, maybe i’d lose more weight…..) It was like having the flu hardcore for about an hour. I barely felt the effects of the DXM. Unless you are a fat ugly dirty hippy, I recommend NOT insufflating DXM. Unless you are bulimic like me. And you like feeling like shit. My nose STILL isn’t the same. That is quite possibly the stupidest thing i’ve ever done, and NOT something I am very proud of. But still, it was an interesting experience, and not something i’d take back.
After the show, Jon drove me to San Francisco. On the way to San Francisco I called my friend Kenny in a drugged up state. Sorry Kenny. We stayed at Kindra’s 40 year old friends’ house that she is house sitting. She has the best dog in the world, named Stimpy. I simply love that dog. She is a Rotweiler and just the sweetest dog in the world. We smoked some and sat in the spa for hours, just relaxing. After we got out, Kindra and I watched this very weird movie called The Curve, that had more plot twists than I have ever seen, while Jon and Sarah fell asleep on the bed in the next room. I highly recommend that movie, but be forewarned, it has some of the worst acting ever. To the point where it was comical. Afterwards we ordered a pizza from the only place in the city that delivered to us AND was open at 3AM. Damn that pizza was good.
I slept better that night than I have ever in my life, because I was on an air mattress, in the most comfortable sleeping bag in the world, chilling in San Francisco with 3 of my good friends. Life was very good at that point….
Saturday:
Saturday morning I woke up to the sun gently awaking me with its warm rays. Jon and I made breakfast for the girls, pancakes and eggs, and cleaned up our mess from the night before. We went for a walk on the beach with Stimpy. The beach was so beautiful, there were hundreds of people jogging up and down it, and the weather was perfect (thank you Jon). Kindra and Sarah got attacked by some waves, so they had to walk home with wet legs. I was very happy walking that dog. She is a joy to walk, because she is so obedient and calm. She stops at every street corner and waits for me to look both ways before she continues. What a great dog!
When we came back, we started to clean and Drunk-proof the house. It was already pretty clean, so that didn’t take long. At about 4:00 the people started to come. In all, there were about 12 people: Tall Sarah, Jon, Me, Kindra, Kindra’s friend from home, her boyfriend (maybe?), her other friend from home, Luke, Jamie, this girl from our school that knows me but I don’t know her, and Sarah (rah). We all got along with each other well. I started drinking with Jon, Tall Sarah and Kindra at around 4:00 but everyone else didn’t start till around 6:00. So I was pretty drunk around 6:00. We smoked some at around 8:00. Actually, not some, but a lot. We got pretty stoned and drunk. I was in another world, and it was great. I got really hungry, so I started raiding the kitchen. Now Kindra’s friend is sort of a hippy, so she didn’t have much in the way of junk food. I ended up scarfing dry plain oatmeal, and slices of cheese. Then I found the almond butter! Yumm that was soo good on her rye whole wheat bread. Finally we broke down and ordered some pizzas. The second best pizza in my life. After falling asleep to the movie Babe I shifted to the back bedroom, where I passed out on the air mattress which I thought had a girl on it, but ended up having Jon with a headache on it. Oh well. I was too drunk to do anything with a girl anyways.
Sunday
Sunday morning I awoke to the aftermath of a light midnight rain. Headache free, too. Thank the lord I have never gotten a hangover. We all kinda chilled for a while, talking. Everyone else cleaned up, but whenever I tried to help, I just got in the way, so I just sat back and ate leftover pizza while watching everyone else clean. They did a good job. Soon after we all got stoned and walked to the beach with the dog. What a great walk! When we got back, we smoked some more, and then took the muni to Chinatown, where we ate at the best Chinese food restaurant in the world, Sam Woo’s. Sam Woo’s is quite possibly the grossest looking restaurant you will ever see, but once you look past the rude waiters and the run down building and dirty floors, you get to the best food in the world, bar none. And it’s not because we were stoned. Although that helped.
On the walk to the Muni, Tall Sarah broke her sandal (surprise) and I had to carry Kindra on my back for 2 blocks because she gave Sarah her shoes while she ran home to get another pair.
When we got home, JP bought some DXM, and he took a whole pill, I believe. He was rightly trippin his ass off.
Fun shit to see.
Too bad he stinks.
Monday:
Wow, nothing happened on Monday.
Tuesday:

The only interesting thing that happened on Tuesday was that Jon got his pimp ass new Techincs 1200M3D turntable, so now we can DJ it up in our own room!
Oh yeah, and I also got to see the cadavers in the Anatomy lab here at school. They had a fresh head, cut along the sagittal plane. It was very striking because you could see all his facial features very clearly, It was like your grandpa was looking at you, but you could see inside his head. Defiantly a sobering experience. But you know me, I’m going to be a doctor, so this stuff doesn’t bother me. I was even going to pick up the head and look around at it, but the teacher was getting queasy, so he told me to leave it in the bucket.
SF WAS great. I’m so stoked everyone had such a great time. I’ll get you a pic of you with stimpy so everyone can see what a truly great dog she is. Poor Willie. (you forgot to mention the cat!!) Sam Woo rocks. peace.
